Kaiji

Overview

Featuring an outdoor and indoor hot spring bath, Kaiji lies a 5-minute drive from Ishiwa Onsen Station. It offers a restaurant, a sauna and karaoke, and the foot bath offers views of the beautiful Japanese garden with a large koi pond. Massages are available. Guests at Kaiji can relax in spacious public hot spring baths, which are separate by gender. They can find a variety of entertainment in the games room. Other facilities include drinks vending machines, a souvenir shop and free parking. Rooms are air-conditioned and fitted with an LCD TV, a seating area and a fridge. All rooms have an en suite bathroom, while Western rooms offer beds and Japanese-style rooms come with traditional futon bedding on a tatami (woven-straw) floor. Kaiji serves Japanese cuisine, featuring a variety of dishes with well-known local products, such as Koshu wine beef, seafood and grapes. The ryokan is a 40-minute drive from amusement park Fuji-Q Highland, and a 45-minute drive from Mount Fuji.
